Vimala is the inspirational woman behind the restaurant Vimala's Curryblossom Cafe. Her restaurant holds the slogan, "Vimala Cooks, Everybody Eats, Nobody is turned away!". Isn't that awesome?
That slogan is what made me want to find out more about the person who started this restaurant.
I did my final photojournalism project on Vimala, and I gained a great friend in the process.
